Our Story

Jake here, the owner of Turn-Key Property Solutions. When I was 10 years old, I bought my first push mower and started mowing lawns each summer. I loved working outdoors and helping people take care of their properties. 20+ years later, I still do… just with upgraded heavy equipment instead!

Turn-Key Property Solutions is a landscaping, hardscaping, and property maintenance company with a mission to help you create your ideal home base & outdoor living space in our amazing town.

With deep roots in Sandpoint, I am well connected and have built strong working relationships with the premier subs in town, who can jump on your project if it is not something we specialize in.

Here’s a fun job from last summer, creating some additional usable space on a sloped lakeside area and easier access to the water.
